^^1^^This is the monthly calendar; it is divided in two parts; at the left the month at the right the daily calendar
^^2^^As you can see in the month there are button, one for each day, clicking the button you change the day represented in the daily calendar.
^^3^^If there is an appointment in the daily calendar an icon representing the appointment is in the day.
^^4^^To navigate in the calendar you may use (SHIFT) TAB , Arrow, Page up-down
^^5^^To define an appointment for a person for a day you may drop this person record in a day button.
^^6^^The various menu items allow to:
^^7^^In the general menu You find options to print the monthly calendar, set it as a wallpaper and to switch the view of the daily calendar from the to do to the hourly view.
^^8^^In the daily cal. menu you find the same option that are in the daily calendar menues. Refer to this training for an explanation.
